Pass the Pigs
Quick and easy game requiring as much nerve as strategy.
Pass the Pigs's scoring system is bases on how much you can earn in one turn without throwing a "Pig Out". A player takes the two pig shaped dice and rolls the. Every roll is worth a certain amount of points depending on how the pigs land, and you can roll for as long as you want until you decide to stop or you throw a "Pig Out", which causes you to lose all points you gained that turn and end your turn. (There is also a combination called "Piggy Back" that causes you to instantly lose the game, but this combination is exceeding rare.)
The system for this game is to decide a goal for your turn. As soon as you reach that goal, stop. Then, on your next turn, raise that goal by anywhere from 5 to 20 points. However, if you fail to reach your goal before you "Pig Out", then lower your goal by a similar amount. Once you hit a number you think you can get consistantly, then stop changing the goal. The goal should eventually reach the average expectancy for your turn. You may also want to adjust your goal to be more conservative when you have a strong lead, or play more liberaly when you fall far behind.
