Skimboarding
Skimboarding is riding the tide, the part of the wave that skims across the sand, on a small, usually wooden, skimboard. This is very hard to master.
A good benefit of skimboarding is you can come close to surfing, without having to travel into the deeper depths of the ocean, which is considerably dangerous. Plus if you fall, there's nice soft sand to land on, we can ignore the cold water.
Skimboarding is a good way to have fun at the beach, and you can look cool doing it! Who knows, you may impress some girls and guys on the beach with your amazing skimboarding skills.
