Relay races

Pass the baton!!!

Relay races are very easy to play. Anyone can learn how. Simple rules, exercise, what else could you ask for?

All you need is four or more people, a stick, and some way of knowing where the finish line is.
Make sure each team has an equal amount of people. Mark a starting point and when everybody is ready,"Ready, SET, GO!
The thing is, the starting racerds will need to pass the baton to the next person in their team. These people will be at other parts of the course. When the next teammate takes the baton, they'll blast off and do the same as the last person. If that person is the last one, though, he/she will run to the finish. See?! It's so easy, even little kids can play!

Now what are you still doing reading this, GET OUTSIDE AND RACE!!!!!
